CAVITIES- the problem: What is a cavity? How are they caused?

Learn how cavities happen with engaging science and math activities~ Explore how cavity-friendly foods can cause tooth decay and measure the sugar content in some of the worst culprits!

CAVITIES – the solution: How can cavities be prevented?

Work on a solution to the problem of cavities with engineering and technology activities~ Investigate toothbrush designs and then create a design for a new toothbrush! Work with UI dental students and investigate how cavities are prevented and treated!
