Enter the quieter world of the City Stories exhibit and let your imagination soar with a wonderful collection of books, many are multicultural. In City Stories, you'll find superb children's picture books that you can read to your child or relax on our comfy couches and listen to your child read to you!  Check out our new collection of stories written in Spanish!

What can you do in CityStories?

• Find some quiet time and sit to read a story with your child.
• Reverse roles and let your child be 'the reader' whether they can actually read the book word for word or not!
• Listen to museum storytellers with tales of adventure, fun and everyday life that transport you to destinations around the world. It's a trip you won't want to miss!

Parent Tips:

Reading to young children promotoes language acquisition, literacy development, and overall academic success...but most importantly it's fun!
